Dear Winter,
I definitely need to express how I'm feeling right now....
There is a time and a place for you... I looked at my calender the other day, and it said it was spring, so I don't want to hurt your feelings, but will you please go away, I think we've all had enough of you. Spring keeps trying to pop his head out, but he seems to be pretty shy. So will you please not be so overbearing, and take your leave? We definitely will be looking forward to seeing you again next year, but we really want to play outside, barbeque, go on bike rides and swim. We do think you're beautiful, but we can wait until the appropriate time to see you again in 7 or 8 more months. Thank you!

Junior prom...

Tonight was Junior Prom. Well, Alta High had theirs last week, but since Chad and his friends were all going to Prom with a bunch of their close friends from Jordan High, they all decided to go to Jordan's prom. They had a blast. The day started at 10:00 in the morning, where they picked their dates up for breakfast, then went to have a fun day, then they all went home, changed and got ready. They picked their dates up again and met in the Jordan parking lot at 5:00 to meet the Limo that all 16 of them were taking that night, and off to dinner and the dance, and 'chillin' after (in their words). I was so excited for them. They all looked so nice and they're all a great bunch of kids.

Taylor's swimming birthday party...

This year Taylor wanted her birthday party to be a swimming party again. There's nothing like having 17 crazy 9 & 10 year olds together in the same space! They had a blast!

Happy 10th Birthday Taylor!

Today is Taylor's birthday. I can't believe she's 10 years old. She is growing into a beautiful girl, and I'm so proud of the person she is. She is wise beyond her years, and I want her to know how thankful I am every day for the opportunity to be her mother. I LOVE YOU TAY-TAY!

Madison and her little 'girls'

Madison wanted to watch Powerpuff Girls the other day while I was getting ready for the day. After I finished getting ready, I came downstairs to find this.....

She is the most adorable, creative little girl, and she made sure her 'girls' as she calls them, were well taken care of. I just love her!!
